Service Refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of extended services. If 15 days have passed since your invoice date, we can’t offer you a refund of serviced price. Our Services are specific to each customer and distinctively provided, each service bears significant design & service costs. If you are not happy with our service, please bring to our notice within 15 days where we can come to best resolution with decision to serve it or refund it will be known.

Product Refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. But please note that if Certificate is approved and installed in regard to Digital Signatures, then this Policy wont be applicable in such cases

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned that include APPROVED Digital Signature Certificates

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. [Invoice]

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other party.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7-8 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@innovategraphix.com and send your item via SpeedPost or any other Courier service to our Office Address: No.10, 2nd Floor, 10th Cross, Bagalagunte, Bangalore – 560 073

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No.10, 2nd Floor, 10th Cross, Bagalagunte, Bangalore – 560 073 .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund with above laid terms and conditions. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
